Forty years of a company, across three countries.
A 200-page book of portraits, an institutional film shot in three countries and an explanatory motion design.
Macopharma was turning forty. The company had grown, opened sites in Poland and Tunisia, hired hundreds of people. It had to show that its expertise, built up over the years, was the same whatever the place of production. For its customers, but also for its own employees.
Proving the unity of a craft spread over three countries is not something a photograph of a factory can do. It had to go through the people: their trades, their paths, their part in the company’s history. Photographed and filmed in each country with the same attention, so that the unity could be seen rather than asserted.

The work took place in the factories, alongside the teams, mainly in France. You meet people attached to their company in a way you would not suspect from the outside: one woman had been there for more than thirty-two years. The jobs are not all easy. The human warmth is there all the same, almost every time, and that is what had to be made visible across three countries.
External communication, trade shows and internal communication. The photographs were used in particular to dress the company's stands at international trade shows. A single body of work fed external communication, employer branding, internal events and the pride of employees across three countries.
