The teams I’m asked to photograph, and the ones that form in front of the camera.

There are the teams a company asks me to photograph: a department, a management board, a site. And there are the ones that form in front of the camera, people who gather of their own accord because they want a record of how well they get on, where they work.

The second kind interests me as much as the first. A company rests on its talent, of course. It rests even more on its collective energy. A group that forms spontaneously to pose says something an org chart does not, and that is an asset a company gains from seeing.
